Terms of Sale

These general terms of sale (GTS) govern the contractual relations between DRVZ and its customers in the context of the sale of digital products (e-books, guides, training) on the website.

The products offered are digital content (e-books, PDF guides, training videos) downloadable immediately after payment. The essential characteristics of the products are presented on the site.

Prices are indicated in euros including all taxes (VAT included). DRVZ reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood that the price appearing in the catalog on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the buyer.

The order is firm and final upon validation of payment. A confirmation email containing the download links is sent to the email address provided when ordering.

Payment is made online by credit card via our secure payment provider. The card is debited when the order is validated.

Digital products are delivered by download immediately after payment confirmation. Download links are sent by email and remain valid for 30 days.

In accordance with article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts for the supply of digital content not provided on a material medium whose execution has begun after the express prior agreement of the consumer and express waiver of their right of withdrawal.

DRVZ guarantees that digital products are free from viruses and technical defects. In case of technical problem preventing download, a new link will be provided as soon as possible.

All content sold (texts, images, videos) is protected by copyright. The buyer undertakes not to reproduce, distribute or resell this content without express authorization.

Personal data collected is used only for order processing and product delivery. In accordance with GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify and delete your data.

In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. Failing this, French courts will have sole jurisdiction.
