Terms of Sale

These terms of sale (TOS) govern the contractual relationship between DRVZ and its customers in the context of the sale of digital products (e-books, guides, training courses) on the website.

The products offered are digital content (e-books, PDF guides, training videos) downloadable immediately after payment. The essential characteristics of the products are presented on the site.

Prices are indicated in euros, including all taxes (TTC). DRVZ reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood that the price appearing in the catalog on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the buyer.

The order is firm and definitive upon validation of payment. A confirmation email containing the download links is sent to the email address provided during the order.

Payment is made online by credit card via our secure payment provider. The card is debited at the time of order validation.

Digital products are delivered by download immediately after confirmation of payment. The download links are sent by email and remain valid for 30 days.

In accordance with article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the execution of which has begun after the consumer's express prior agreement and express waiver of his right of withdrawal.

DRVZ guarantees that the digital products are free from viruses and technical defects. In the event of a technical problem preventing the download, a new link will be provided as soon as possible.

All content sold (texts, images, videos) is protected by copyright. The buyer agrees not to reproduce, distribute or resell this content without express authorization.

The personal data collected is used only for processing the order and sending the products. In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify and delete your data.

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. Failing this, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction.
